    Changed items are written, unchanged ones skipped, and anything unconfirmed is held for review in that run's history. Held items are never written as zero.

A run counts the products or variants in your store that it syncs, plus any it would create or add. Supplier items you don't sell and don't create never count. Fair use on every plan: 50,000 per connection per run, counted the same way. A run over a limit is held, never trimmed and never charged.

Will a broken supplier feed zero my stock?

Held

No. Every sync run sorts each item into write, skip-unchanged, or needs-review, and anything it can't confirm is held for review in that run's history instead of reading as zero stock. If a fifth or more of your matched items would drop to zero, at least ten of them, the zero-stock breaker holds the whole run before anything is written. A short or broken supplier feed can never zero your inventory.

Can I see what a sync will do before it changes anything?

Planned

Yes. Preview mode runs the full pipeline (fetching supplier data, matching it, and diffing it against your store) without writing anything to Shopify. You get the same before → after view a real run produces, plus a CSV export of every planned change, so you can check it before you commit.

Which suppliers does it work with?

Suppliers with a ready-made preset (FlyFishEurope, BigBuy, Lipsey's, Sports South, Kinsey's and Turn 14 Distribution), any supplier with a REST or JSON feed, a WooCommerce store, and CSV or XLSX files by URL, upload, FTP, FTPS, SFTP or a Google Sheets link. A credential-free demo feed lets you try the flow first. Everstock works for any Shopify store that restocks from a supplier or distributor feed.

Can I export my Shopify catalog?

Yes. From any connection's page you can export a CSV of that store's current variants along with the matching key (SKU or barcode) the sync resolves for each one, which is useful for auditing your catalog before or after connecting a supplier.

Does it sync supplier prices as well as inventory?

Yes. Everstock keeps stock counts in sync and can optionally write supplier price changes to your Shopify variants. Supplier price sync is configurable per connection, so you enable it only where you want it.

Are my supplier credentials safe?

Yes. Supplier API keys and tokens, and Shopify's own access tokens for your store, are all encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before they're stored, and never kept as plaintext.

Does it need access to my customers' data?

No. Inventory, supplier price, and product sync require no access to your customers' personal information. Everstock requests no protected customer data for its core functionality.

Can I undo a sync?

Yes. From a run's history page you can revert the whole run, or a single product in it, for 30 days after it finished. A revert is previewed first, like any other write.
