# Everstock

> Supplier inventory & price sync for Shopify: safe by design, on a schedule, with a full audit trail.

Everstock (App Store listing: "Everstock: Supplier Sync") connects your Shopify store to your suppliers' REST feeds and keeps inventory, pricing, and new products in sync automatically. Built first for outdoor, fishing, and hunting gear retailers juggling multiple B2B distributor APIs, but it works with any supplier that exposes a REST or JSON feed. Its diff engine cannot mass-zero your store. A short or broken supplier feed can never zero your inventory.

## What it does

- Safe three-bucket diff: every item is classified as write, skip-unchanged, or needs-review, so a partial or broken feed can't mass-zero your stock
- Live mapping preview: map supplier fields to a canonical schema and see normalized values update row by row against real sample data before you save
- Inventory and price sync: keep stock counts in sync and optionally push supplier price changes to your Shopify variants, per connection
- Draft product creation: new supplier items are created as Shopify drafts you review and publish, never auto-published live
- Per-record audit trail: every run keeps a row-level history of SKU, barcode, quantity and price before → after, and status
- Scheduled or on-demand sync: run manually any time, or set a connection to sync hourly, every 6 hours, or daily
- No-code REST connectors: API-key, bearer, or basic auth, plus a built-in demo feed and presets to try before entering credentials
- Reliable writes: idempotent, chunked writes on Shopify Admin API 2026-07 with throttle backoff; exhausted jobs land in a dead-letter queue
- Encrypted credentials: supplier API keys and tokens encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM
- No protected customer data: inventory, pricing, and product sync require no access to your customers' personal information

- SFTP / CSV / EDI feeds: for distributors without a REST API (NOT BUILT)
- Supplier webhook push: near-real-time updates beyond scheduled polling (NOT BUILT)
- AI-assisted field mapping: automatic supplier-to-canonical match suggestions (NOT BUILT)

## Status

Pre-launch. Phase-1 code is complete but Everstock is not yet submitted to and not yet listed on the Shopify App Store. Coming to the Shopify App Store. Request early access at hello@usenormalize.com. There is no public listing, no ratings, and no reviews yet.

## Pricing

A free plan and four paid tiers, all running the exact same sync engine. Free (1 connection, manual syncs only), Starter (1 connection), Growth (5 connections), Scale (20 connections), Unlimited (unlimited connections). The paid tiers differ only by connection count and all include scheduled syncs; the free plan syncs on demand only. Billed through Shopify. Exact prices are announced at launch.
